The Jaffa Federation

The Jaffa Federation stands as a testament to the enduring spirit of the Jaffa people, forged in the fires of rebellion against their Goa'uld oppressors. Composed of multiple Jaffa-controlled planets, the Federation remains outside the Stargate Union (SGU) due to deep-seated animosity towards the Tok'ra. This stems from their shared symbiote origins with the Goa'uld, a painful reminder of millennia of servitude. The Federation views all symbiotes, including the Tok'ra, with suspicion and distrust. This extends to the SGU and any factions allied with the Tok'ra, whom they see as naive and easily manipulated.

Under the unwavering leadership of Hercules, the former First Prime of Zeus, the Federation has grown into a formidable power, rivaling some minor System Lords. Their military prowess is undeniable, boasting a fleet that includes four Ha'tak-class motherships and a rare, technologically advanced Ha'tak'ko mothership. This mighty armada is stationed at their capital, Olympus (P85-675), a symbolic stronghold echoing their proud warrior heritage.

The Federation's staunch opposition to slavery and oppression drives them into frequent conflict with the Lucian Alliance, a rogue human faction they perceive as a modern-day incarnation of the Goa'uld. Their battles against the Alliance, fueled by a shared history of suffering, serve as a constant reminder of the Jaffa's unwavering commitment to freedom and self-determination.

While their methods may seem harsh and uncompromising to some, the Jaffa Federation remains a crucial player in the galactic landscape.
